Baby sitting
MariaRosa had brought Amelia over for a play with the girls; the three of them were in the living room and Chelsea was trying to do her thing while Sienna and Amelia clamoured around her. MariaRosa and I (sitting outside drinking coffee) overheard Chelsea complaining “I can’t look after two babies!”

Chelsea: I’m not a giggle-box.
Andy and me: You giggle don’t you?
Chelsea: Yes. But I’m not square! I’m not a box!
Andy and me: Ok. You can’t argue with that.
Andy and me: You giggle don’t you?
Chelsea: Yes. But I’m not square! I’m not a box!
Andy and me: Ok. You can’t argue with that.
Breakfast
Nutrigrain for breakfast… still in pj’s… a bit of quiet…Sometimes I count my blessings: both of the kids, in fact all of us, have been really healthy and well for some time now.
I love seeing them sitting comfortably next to each other, eating together (yeah yeah the tv was on!), playing and communicating together. It’s what makes life great.
